Auditing a workplace is a valuable management technique that is recommended by the Health and Safety Executive. Our in-depth audit system can be measured against HSE Managing for Health and Safety ‘Plan, Do, Check, Act’ (PDCA) (formerly known as HSG65). A Safety Audit measures the company’s current status against legal compliance, as well as the company’s own internal standards. It also acts as a benchmark from which you can develop a practical health and safety action plan and measure future safety performance.
Our audit system is based on current best practice and will be appropriate to the nature and complexity of your Company. A member of our safety team will spend time on your premises collecting information and data on your work practices and activities, current compliance and management systems. Once the data is obtained a detailed feedback report will be prepared.
Once the auditing and the report drafting are complete, a detailed Action Plan will also be developed in agreement with senior management. This will allow your Company to set achievable targets to obtain legal compliance and to introduce suitable health and safety systems.
